Pinot Gris

We aim to produce a rich aromatic wine with good complexity.

Cropping levels are kept low to ensure the fruit is concentrated. Varietal flavours are accumulated through hang time on the vines well into Autumn.

Fermentation is with native yeasts in aged oak barriques and the lees is stirred.

Tasting notes

It's beautifully aromatic on the nose displaying yellow peach, tropical fruit, pear and subtle spice characters. The palate is concentrated and richly textured with superb weight and whispering sweetness, perfectly framed by refreshing acidity. The wine combines richness and power with refinement, and it's just delicious.
