We aim to produce a rich aromatic wine with good complexity.
Cropping levels are kept low to ensure the fruit is concentrated. Varietal flavours are accumulated through hang time on the vines well into Autumn.
Fermentation is with native yeasts in aged oak barriques and the lees is stirred.

The aromatics show good depth. Medium-dryish to taste and medium-full bodied, the palate has rich flavours of stonefruit with exotic florals and honeysuckle. There is also a layer of nutty, creamy complexity.
