The grapes are meticulously hand-picked and then whole bunch pressed with some time allowed on skins to extract colour, tannin and spice. The juice is then chilled and racked before fermentation in stainless steel. Finally the wine is racked and cold stabilised before bottling.

Tasting notes

The nose is fresh with delicate aromas of strawberries, watermelon and spice. Dry to taste, the palate is concentrated and nicely weighted, delivering excellent vibrancy with red floral and cranberry characters.
