Made with 60% Syrah and 40% Pinot Noir. The grapes were meticulously picked and then 24 hours allowed on skins. The Syrah fruit adds lovely texture and spice, while the Pinot Noir which gives classic strawberries and cream characters. Made with serious intent - its smooth, crisp and concentrated.
