Riesling is a white grape variety known for its aromatic, fruity wines with high acidity. Originating from Germany, it produces wines that range from dry to sweet, featuring flavours like apple, peach, and honey.

The aim with our Riesling is to produce a wine which reflects its surroundings – wine that is liquid geography. We leave the fruit on the vine longer to develop serious flavour intensity.
