Our Chosen Barrels is made in the very best years. Each season, certain parts of our vineyard stand out, capturing our imagination. As we hand-pick the grapes, these notable sections are carefully selected and nurtured through to barrel. 

From the many barrels, the most exceptional are selected and allowed an additional six months in oak to develop added complexity. 

These chosen barrels are then blended to create a wine that eloquently reflects both the unique site and the nuances of the season.
