The four most outstanding Syrah barrels from the 2020 vintage were selected and allowed an additional six months in oak before being blended together.

We are ultra-fastidious in our organic Syrah vineyard to ensure the fruit has intense concentration of flavour. This involves much careful hand work to moderate crop levels and expose the fruit to the sun. 

Displaying deep, dark hues, this Syrah promises concentration and character. Co-fermented with Viognier, it showcases our vineyard’s unique profile with bright dark fruit flavours layered with spice, floral notes, and savoury complexity. The palate is rich and deep, with supple, velvety tannins and fine acidity. Enjoy this wine upon release or allow it to evolve further with careful cellaring.
