Terrace Edge Vineyard
The 3 most outstanding Pinot Noir barrels from the 2019 vintage were selected and left to spend an extra 6 months in oak and blended together. Just packaged with a plain label as it has not been officially released. We sent it to Winestate and it received an extremely good review (5 stars). This wine is complex, concentrated and will just keep getting better and better.
We are ultra-fastidious in our organic Pinot Noir vineyard to ensure the fruit has intense concentration of flavour. This involves much careful hand work to moderate crop levels and expose the fruit to the sun.
