We, along with many others, believe the Waipara Valley to be a very special place for Riesling.

The warm days and cool nights provide ripe, rich fruit while also retaining fresh acidity. Cool fermentation of optimally ripened grapes fills this wine with beautiful aromas of citrus while the palate is refreshing and crisp.

2016 was an outstanding vintage. This wine has lovely acidity with some savory complexity from aging.
