Medium-dry style - this gem stands out from the crowd with richness and complexity. The fruit is allowed to hang on the vines well into autumn, ensuring perfect ripeness. Fifty percent is then fermented in seasoned oak barrels, adding flavour and a velvety mouthfeel.
