Only a very limited amount available! Savour wine at its peak - delight in the nuanced flavours of this carefully aged Pinot Noir. Elegant and refined nose - takes time to open up. Tightly concentrated aromas of fresh raspberries, vanilla, florals and earthiness. On the palate the fruit is supported by a savoury complexity. The fine-grained tannins grow in presence and carry the palate to a long, lingering finish with nuances of violets and cherry.

We are ultra-fastidious in our organic Pinot Noir vineyard to ensure the fruit has intense concentration of flavour. This involves much careful hand work to moderate crop levels and expose the fruit to the sun.
