An exciting premium red varietal grown widely in Austria.
A gentle giant - this 'wild cousin' of Pinot Noir was hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeast, and then matured in french oak for 11 months. It has a complex aroma of cherry, plum and spice, while the palate is rich and velvety with ripe fruit.
